This page explains how individuals can exercise privacy and data protection rights in connection with Tecunit Ghana and the SMSLogicpro platform. It supplements our Privacy Policy and does not replace legal advice.
You may have some or all of the following rights under applicable data protection law:
Send a message to support@tecunitgh.com with the subject line “Data protection request”. Include your full name, the email associated with your account (if any), your school name (if applicable), and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
To protect privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may decline manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, or charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.
We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days and respond within one month, unless complexity requires an extension (in which case we will explain why and indicate the expected date).
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Ghana, this is typically the Data Protection Commission; other jurisdictions have equivalent bodies.
Where we send optional marketing, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link in emails or by writing to the address above. Service and security messages may continue where necessary to operate your account.
